We want you to love your Aspiga purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
